1. How many openings do you have for this year? There is no fixed number. It depends on the business need. We are looking for outstanding students who are qualified and matched with our company. Academic result is one of the important factors but not the only one or the most important one. Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred but we have training course to equip you with necessary language skills. 9.Can I apply if I am not a HK citizen or don’t have a HK working permit? We highly appreciate your great interests in P&G. However, we only accept candidates who are eligible to work in HK, say, are HK citizens or holding work permits. This year, we are also open for Mainland China and foreign students who are studying full time Bachelor or above degree program in HK in accordance to HKSAR Immigration Arrangements for Non-local graduates (IANG) . For other students, if you are interested in P&G but do not have the right to work in Hong Kong , we recommend you to apply for the region where you have the right to work.
1. What kinds of training we will receive from P&G? After you join P&G, you will receive a comprehensive On-boarding Program, which includes Benefits and Office Administration Orientation, Functional Orientation, Store Check, Warehouse Visit and Plant Visit. Afterwards, you will go through well-developed functional training modules for your specific responsibilities as well as many comprehensive corporate training on top of daily on-the-job training provided by your immediate managers. 2. Will there be any opportunities to transfer to other departments once we are employed? Yes, there will be opportunities depending on both business and individual's needs. However, we do not encourage you to consider this when you first join the department. You should clearly understand your career interests when you apply. 3. Are there any opportunities to transfer out of the Hong Kong subsidiary? Yes. There will definitely be opportunities! P&G is a global company. We see overseas assignment as an important strategy to develop our key top performing managers in managing our global businesses. 4. Have your company got very high turnover rate? Our company's turnover rate is quite below the normal range in the market. It is due to our build from within strategy.
